Contact records at the counter

Search or create contacts, associate receipts with the right person and retain a transaction-time snapshot. Configure required name and phone fields by product.

Flexible collection records

Use fixed or cashier-entered amounts. Record split receipts, partial collections and an outstanding balance with a due date and linked contact.

Shared payment responsibilities

For eligible configured product lines, associate multiple payers and record each person’s receipts. Membership changes redistribute only the remaining unpaid amount, preserving prior payments.

Control beyond the receipt

Manage shifts, role-based access, receivables, payables and receipt-date financial-year reporting. Authorised staff reconcile settled records; an audit trail records financial changes.

Find the right collection item

Search by product, Chinese name or SKU, or browse the donation, offering and service categories shown on screen.

Fixed or entered amounts

Some configured items display a fixed amount; others ask the cashier to enter it. Visible item notes identify required contact details.

Recording a payment is not charging a payment.

IDONO currently records Cash, PayNow, Card, Bank transfer and Cheque receipts for funds received. Its customer display can show the configured static PayNow QR, but does not automatically verify bank settlement. Card charging, online fundraising checkout, recurring debits and tax-deductible donation certification are not included in this described workflow; discuss additional requirements separately.

EISOL reviews which capabilities fit your organisation, what data should be collected, who may access it and what needs a separate integration. We do not expose private deployment data or donor records on this website.
